The trader mag that kicked everything off back in 2006. Alot has changed since its beginnings as $2 and 2 colours to full colour gloss and extras such as competitions and puzzles. CQ Buy and Sell will forever be remembered as the OG of our lineup. 257 editions were released before merging with it's big brother QLD Buy and Sell.
A novel publication that sprung to life in 2017. Home to discount vouchers from local businesses it has helped readers save $10,000's across the span of it's 3 localities, Capricorn Coast, Rockhampton, and Gladstone. It was originally called the apt Little Book of Savings but went through a brand change in 2021 to become the less heavy on the tongue title that it is now.
The places of interest tourist map has been a hit since its inception in 2018. Over 100,000 leafs of the A3 sized map have been torn off pads by visitors to Rockhampton & the Capricorn Coast when they check into accommodation. This modest number has helped tourists jaunt the locales and increase traffic to the terrific businesses who advertised on it.
A tasty addition to the catalogue, Menu Mate is a collection of menus from local restaurants, cafes, and takeaways that came into existence when COVID came to town. It's purpose, to be the go to guide for when hunger strikes. It succeeded and served the Rockhampton and Capricorn Coast public well. Sturdy magnets on the back made it a mainstay on people's fridges.
The big daddy of trader mags. It spawned from the ashes of Buy and Sell Garden City (Toowooba) and launched as a whopping 128 page gazette! It held it's own as the second last trader mag of it's kind in Queensland before wrapping up its pages at the end of 2022.
While the Capricorn Coast was the main stomping ground we also found home in our near neighbour Gladstone. Much gratitude to the diverse array of businesses that helped make the beefiest saver book yet. A juicy 108 pages of savings equating to $1000's for the local community.
TV Guides. An often underrated but highly utilised form of print media. We combined the traditional TV times and infused a healthy dose of competitions, puzzles and wicked offers from local business. Every fortnight delivered to 8000 homes on the Capricorn Coast. Splash back anyone?..
Just Property... what a long time it took to come up with that name. But in the end since that's what we were focusing on it became the namesake. Glorious full colour A4 booklet every 2 weeks letterbox deliverered to 8000 homes on the Capricorn Coast. It was a joy to work with local real estate agents and produce this beautiful publication.
